The firmware

The radio settings these builds start on, and what the custom builds add to MeshCore.

Radio settings

To hear other nodes, a radio has to use the same radio settings as they do.

Radios flashed from this site start on these settings by default:

SettingValue
Frequency910.525 MHz
Bandwidth62.5 kHz
Spreading factor7
Coding rate4/5

This is the US preset suggested by the MeshCore project. If you flashed a radio some other way, set these values in the MeshCore app under the radio settings.

The custom builds

These are MeshCore builds with a few additions: hop-by-hop retransmission, a route cache, and replies to pings. Every version built stays available on the flasher, and you can go back to an older one. The latest is offered by default. The changelog lists what changed in each version.

After flashing a repeater, the flasher's console reads and changes its settings.

These builds are unofficial. For the stock firmware, see the MeshCore project.
